So, the story is all about cats and their world - human world is more of a background for what happens in the anime. Taruto is a really cute cat-girl and she's clumsy, and I mean really clumsy, both in actions and way of speaking. All the cats in anime are personified - each and every of them look like nekogirl or nekoboy - the later one I haven't seen anywhere beside this anime.
